Title: Study on Dynamic Systems for Forming Oil Reservoirs in Sunhu Area
Abstract: Pool forming dynamics is a new emerging theory of petroleum geology on the basis of the geological characteristics of the continental petroliferous basin in the eastern China. The theory is derived and developing from the theory of petroleum system. Pool forming dynamics centers on the study of the formation of oil and gas pools, and aims at oil and gas accumulation and distribution rules to guide our exploration work. On the basis of the experience summed by our predecessors in the Sunhu area, five dynamic systems are divided. And according to migration features of oil and gas in it, three models of oil reservoir formation are classified, namely vertical model, lateral model and complex model of oil reservoir formation. Finally, the controlling factors of the reservoir formation and their regularities controlled by various factors are discussed.
