Title: Optimization of Technological Conditions of Simao Pine Kraft Pulping
Abstract: In this paper,Simao pine chips was cooked by conventional kraft pulping.The factors affecting the yield and quality of the pulp were studied,and the cooking conditions was optimized.Through adjustment of cooking temperature,time,alkali dosage and sulfidity at the ratio 1∶4.0 of the material and the liquid,two series of optimized conditions were obtained,resulting in up to 47% of screened yield.
