Abstract: The right of life plant, as a new personal right, differs from survival rights, the right for development and the right to freedom. The introduction of the right of life plan to Tort Law is well argued for in this paper from the perspectives of Existentialism, Individualism, Management Science, legal culture science, Economics, and Sociology of Law. This new personal right can find its application both in private law and in public law. It may greatly enhance the development of Tort Law and enhance the achievement of the goal of establishing a more harmonious society.
