Title: Clinical effect observation of intensive treatment of insulin aspart injection infused by insulin pump treating type 2 diabetes
Abstract: Objective To explore the methods and clinical effect of intensive treatment of insulin aspart injection infused by insulin pump treating type 2 diabetes. Methods In the case of voluntary,68 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=34) and the control group(n= 34).The experimental group was given intensive treatment of insulin aspart injection infused by insulin pump while the control group was treated with multiple subcutaneous injections of insulin. The clinical efficacy between the two groups was observed and compared. Results The time of blood glucose reaching the standard in the experimental group [(5.12±1.12)d] was shorter than that in the control group [(8.56±2.32)d],the hospital stay in the experimental group [(9.04±1.63)d] was shorter than that in the control group [(12.12±2.72)d],the dosage of insulin in the the experimental group [(44.51±2.57)U/d] was fewer than that in the control group [(52.38±4.67)U/d](P0.05);FPG,PPG in the two groups were compared and there was no statistical difference(P0.05). Conclusion Intensive treatment with insulin aspart infused by insulin pump is feasible and effective treating type 2 diabetes with faster clinical efficacy, fewer dosage of insulin and shorter hospital stay.
