Title: Capillary Gas Chromatography in the Simultaneous Determination of 12 Kinds of Organic solvent in the Air of Workplaces
Abstract: [Objective] To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 12 kinds of organic solvent in the air of workplaces.[Methods] Capillary gas chromatography and FFAP capillary column were applied;active carbon tube was used to collect the organic solvent samples in the air of workplaces,the samples were dissolved with carbon bisulfide and determined with capillary gas chromatography.[Results] The correlated coefficient of the 12 kinds of organic solvent was between 0.9983 and 0.9998;the detection limit was 0.12~2.56μg/ml;the average recovery rate of the samples was 92.4%~102.6%.[Conclusion] This method is simple,rapid and accurate with high sensitivity,low detection limit and wide linear range;it is applicable for the determination of 12 kinds of organic solvent in the air of workplaces.
