Title: The System of Suspended Prosecution In Taiwan
Abstract: Doctrine of prosecution discretion is one of the fundamental principles in common law countries,where the prosecutors have extensive discretion in prosecution. While in civil law countries,certain discretion has increasingly been vested in the prosecutors. The suspended prosecution in Taiwan is a case in point. Researches on the system in Taiwan are not only theoretical discussions,but also reference in certain degree to the improvement of our own relevant system.
