Abstract:Based on wave analysis of solid-square-steel vibration isolation mass,characteristics of impeding vibration wave propagation from hollow-square-steel vibration isolation mass installed on a plate is r...Based on wave analysis of solid-square-steel vibration isolation mass,characteristics of impeding vibration wave propagation from hollow-square-steel vibration isolation mass installed on a plate is researched,as the plate is applied with force excitation.Taking vibration acceleration transmissibility and insert loss as evaluation indexes,vibration isolation performance of hollow square steel and that of solid square steel located on plate structure under constant force excitations are compared.Using a certain type of diesel engine vibration as excitation source,vibration isolation performance of vibration isolation mass structure under the equipment vibration excitation is analyzed.Results indicate that vibration isolation performance of hollow square steel structure is better than that of solid square steel structure,and the addition of mass is greatly reduced,which have the reference value on the design of ship vibration isolation mass structures.Read More
