Title: Influence of Different Processing Methods on Neonatal Outcome on Preterm Premature Rupture of the Membrane of Different Gestational Weeks
Abstract: Objective To compare different approaches to the influence of neonatal outcome on preterm premature rupture of the membrane of different gestational weeks. Methods 212 cases with preterm premature rupture of membranes from January to August,2014 were collected to be retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidence of neonatal asphyxia, neonatal pneumonia, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome and mortality of A1 who was in expectation treatment group were 16. 17%,30. 95%,21. 43% and 0; The incidence of neonatal asphyxia, neonatal pneumonia, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome and mortality in A2 in the no expectation treatment group were 47. 83%,73. 91%,56. 62% and 4. 35%; Those in B group were 6. 12%,23. 13%,2. 04% and 0. The difference between A and B was statistically significant( P 0. 05); The difference between A1 and A2 was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion A pregnant woman of PPROM in 28 ~ 33 + 6 gestational age should take expectant treatment in order to reduce the incidence of neonatal complications, and a pregnant woman of PPROM in 34 weeks of gestation age can terminate pregnancy actively.
