Abstract:Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of hi gh-resolution CT(HRCT)in detecting pulmonary lesions of rh eumatoid arthritis(RA).Materials and Methods:Pulmonary HRCT images in 46patients with rheumat...Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of hi gh-resolution CT(HRCT)in detecting pulmonary lesions of rh eumatoid arthritis(RA).Materials and Methods:Pulmonary HRCT images in 46patients with rheumatoid arthritis were analyzed retrospective-ly.Results:①HRCT was abnormal in 17(63%)of the 27RA patients wirhout respira tory symptoms.The most frequent abnormality on HRCT of the lungs was thickening of in terlobular septum in this groupⅠ;②HRCT was abnormal in 16(84%)of the 19RA patients with respiratory symptoms.The most frequent abnormality was honeycomb ing in this groupⅡ;③Statistic analysis between groupⅠand groupⅡwere as follows:thickening of interlobular septum,x 2 =0.27,P=0.6061;subpleural line,x 2 =0.10,P=0.7486;rounded opacities,x 2 =1.05,P=0.3055;honeycombing,x 2 =12.50,P=0.0004;bronchiectasis,x 2 =10.45,P=0.0012.Conclusion:HRCT plays an important role in the RA patients,especially in the patient s without respiratory symptoms.Read More
