Title: Optimization of extraction process of the Herba lamiophlomis
Abstract: Objective To find out the optimum parameters used boiling water extraction from the Herba Lamiophlomis. Methods Used the orthogonal design method,investigated the effects of the ratio of extraction and the content of total flavones. Results The optimum condition was obtained:added eleven folds of water for first time,anded eight folds of water for other twice times,one hours in duration for each time. Conclusion The extraction process shows stabilization and feasibility,can be available for industrial production at large scale.
