Title: Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy and Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy for Comparison of Upper Ureteric Calculi Treatment
Abstract: Objective To observe and compare the effects of percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL)with ureteroscopic lithotripsy(URL)clinical curative effect of the treatment of impacted upper ureteral calculi. Methods Selected in our hospital from 2008 November to 2011 July between the upper ureteric calculi in 94 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, including 40 cases in the control group, using ureteroscopic lithotripsy for treatment; the observation group 54 cases, were treated by percutaneous nephrolithotomy, treatment after two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results The Results the patients in the observation group in the stone clearance rate was significantly higher than the control group, the difference between groups was statistically significant(P0.05); at the same time, two groups of patients hospitalization time and complications had no significant difference, no statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment of impacted upper ureteral calculi clinical curative effect, less complications, safe and effective, should be the first choice for clinical treatment.
