The countermeasures to the above problems include having the governance in place, raising the level of investment into the compulsory education, regulating strictly the budgeting management, enhancing the supervision and inspection, clearing off the debts in the popularization of nine-year compulsory education and urging the governments at different levels to take on their responsibilities in guaranteeing the compulsory education.Read More
