Title: Analysis of Microstructure of the Anodic Film on Aluminum Alloy
Abstract: An observation on the unique microstructure of anodic film of aluminum alloy was carried out by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The barrier layer and porous layers with a hexagonal pore structure were clearly shown. The pore paths of anodic film have the tendency to shrink gradually from the surface to the aluminum substrate, which is due to the effect of voltage increase during anodizing on the growth of the pore structure. Combined with the growth environment, a growth model of anodic film was built and a preliminary discussion on the pore structure was made.
