Abstract:About half of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas are B-cell lymphoma in children.It includes Burkitt/Burkitt-like and diffuse large B cell lymphoma subtypes.EFS can reach to 80%~90% when an intensive short-pulse...About half of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas are B-cell lymphoma in children.It includes Burkitt/Burkitt-like and diffuse large B cell lymphoma subtypes.EFS can reach to 80%~90% when an intensive short-pulse combined chemotherapy with CTX,HDMTX,HDAra-C etc is used.Another important lymphoma is lymphoblastic lymphoma.EFS can also reach to over 80% when a protocol based on high risk acute lymphocytic lymphoma or T-cell acute lymphocytic lymphoma treatment is used.The EFS of anaplastic large cell lymphoma and mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma is not as good as those motioned above.Relapsed cases are generally difficult to treat.A therapy targeting at the malignant cells or hemopoietic stem cell transplant would bring a better Results for these patients.Read More
