Title: A Study on Synthesis of Reactive Yellow M-3RE
Abstract: The influencing factors such as molar ratio,reaction temperature and time of diazotization and coupling reaction in synthesis of Reactive Yellow M-3RE were optimized.Then,the effects of molecular weight and dosage of polyethylene glycol on the purity and yield of coupling product were studied.The results indicated that the optimum diazotization was that:the molar ratio of K-acid and NaNO2 was 1∶1.06,reaction time was 1h,reaction temperature was 7℃;the optimized coupling reaction parameter was that:the molar ratio of K-acid and(3-aminophenyl)-urea was 1∶1.006,pH was 5~5.5,reaction temperature was 5℃.It was found that the purity and yield of the coupling product increased after PEG was added in the coupling reaction.The purity and yield of the coupling product was 97.4%,88.7%,respectively when the molar ratio of K-acid and PEG800 was 1∶0.01.
