Methods: The semen of 2 762 men with infertility were conventionally analyzed using a sperm quality analyzer in strict accordance with the technical regulations of WHO. Results: Abnormalities in semen quality were found in 859 cases, accounting for 31.1% of total clients. Through standardized treatment and management for semen non-liquefaction, severe oligozoospermia, feeble sperm and feeble sperm, the cure rate of infertility could be greatly improved. Conclusion: A semen routine examination is very necessary in diagnosis and treating couples with infertility. The causes of male infertility should be examined as early as possible to make patients get timely standardized treatment, and women should cooperate with the treatment when necessary, it will have important clinical significance to increase the success rates for treatment of male infertility.Read More
