Title: Stakeholder·Corporate Social Responsibility·Two-way Communication Strategy
Abstract: With the development of consciousness on corporate social responsibility(CSR) of stakeholders,their decisions have put large influence on corporate sustainable development in the future.At present,Chinese companies have still stayed in the one-way communication through disclosing uncompleted information on CSR to companies stakeholders.It is lacking a valid two-way communication between companies and stakeholders and it is unable to realize win-win objective on both sides.The paper uses two dimensions:the predictability and influence of stakeholder's reaction on corporate CSR information and constructs a matrix from corporate sustainable viewpoint.Then the paper puts forwards a strategy model on constructing two-way communication between companies and stakeholders according to different status of different stakeholders among the matrix.
