Title: Optimization Design of Exhaust Steam Pipe System of Direct Air-Cooling Supercritical Units
Abstract: CFD software is used to perform 3-D numerical simulation of steam flow field inside direct air-cooling exhaust steam pipe of a 660 MW supercritical unit.The arrangement scheme of flow guide plates in the pipe is determined by simulation calculations.Results show that flow guide plate can effectively balance flow from every steam distribution pipe and reduce pipe pressure drop.Simulation and analysis of 3-D flow field inside exhaust steam pipe provides help to optimization design of direct air-cooling exhaust steam pipe system.
