Title: A NEW SPECIES OF COREUS FABRICIUS(HEMIP TERA:COREIDAE) FROM CHINA
Abstract: AbstractThe present paper deals with a new species of the genus Coreus Fabricius collected from Inner Mongolia Ant. Region, China. The type speciemens are depositedin the Department of Biology, Inner Mongolia Teachers' University.Coreus spinigerus Liu et Zheng, sp. nov. (figs. 1--4)This new species is similar to C. marginatus orientalis Kiritshenko, but differsfrom the latter in the following characters: The long spines mesad of antennal basesare paralleled and point straight forward at the ends. Antennal segment I is evenin thickness, hasal half not obviously thickened, the diameter no more than twotimes that of segment II, segment III is columnar. Lateral angle of pronotum 45 or less than 45 , apex pointed and spiny. Pygofer as in fig.3, Claspers as in fig. 4.Holotype , paratype 2 : Inner Mongolia Aut. Rigion (Daqiaggou, 122 3'E,42 3'N. 173-200m). July 27, 1981.
