Title: The Clinical Observation of 60 Cases of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease Treated by Compound Danshen Dripping Pills
Abstract: Objective To investigate the treatment of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and evaluate the reasonableness of its use and safety.Methods Eligible patients with angina pectoris 100 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases and 40 cases respectively.Treatment group were treated with compound Danshen Pill,and the control group with triglyceride-chip,these two groups were all treated for 60 days,Observate continuously the improvement of symptoms of angina,ECG,such as efficacy and hemorrheology before and after treatment respectively.Results The total effective rates of the improvement of angina symptoms were 88.3% and 60.0% respectively in the treatment group and control group.The total effective rates of the improvement of the efficacy of the electrocardiogram were 71.7% and 52.5% respectively in these two groups.All of these in the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group,there was a significant difference.Comparative hemorheology indicate that there were significant difference between the treatment group and the control group on the improvement of the whole blood viscosity in the top shear and low shear,capillary plasma viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen,etc.Conclusions The effect of the treatment of angina pectoris by using the Compound Danshen Dripping Pills was obvious.
