Title: Analysis of prognostic harm of excessive small amount of amniotic fluid to fetus
Abstract: Objective To study the harm of excessive small amount of amniotic fluid to fetus and to seek effective method of to protect the health of fetus.Methods 338 pregnant women with excessive small amount of amniotic fluid were compared with 3608 normal pregnant women in fields of terms of pregnancy complications,condition of both fetus and newborns as well as delivery methods.Results The possibility of having pregnancy complications for those with excessive small amount of amniotic fluid was obviously higher than that of control group;those in observation group were more likely to have fetus and newborns with complications and the chances of caesarean operation delivery were also higher than that of control group.Conclusion Excessive small amount of amniotic fluid does a great harm to fetus and those diagnosed with the condition should be closely monitored or even terminate the pregnancy to reduce the death of newborns.
