Abstract:Objective By applying invasive intracranial pressure monitor,to achieve sustained and accurate intracranial pressure values and trends of intracranial pressure,to reveal important guiding significance...Objective By applying invasive intracranial pressure monitor,to achieve sustained and accurate intracranial pressure values and trends of intracranial pressure,to reveal important guiding significance of intracranial pressure monitoring in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage individualized therapy.Methods Fifty cerebral hemorrhage patients in coma were randomly divided into intracranial pressure monitoring group and non-monitoring group,the non-clinical monitoring patients were treated with conventional therapy,while for the monitoring of patients,the times of giving mannitol and the blood pressure were adjusted in accordance with the principles of intracranial pressure monitoring.Both groups received same medical treatmant.The time of surgical interventoin,time adjustment of mannitol,and the clinical outcome.Results Compared to non-monitoring group,surgical intervention of intracranial pressure monitoring patients was decrease(P0.05);monitoring of mannitol of intracranial pressure monitoring patients was decrease(P0.05).Conclusion Continuous monitoring of intracranial pressure regulation can guide the timing of surgery and the amount of mannitol more accurately,and it has a significance in the individualized treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Read More
