Title: On "spirit of consumerism" of China's new middle class
Abstract: Through the analysis of the consumption characteristics of the new middle class in China,the paper pointed out that their consumption behavior only just has the individual characteristics of western consumerism,so can not be regarded as exactly equivalent as the consumerism of western middle-class.For the purpose of turning the new middle class in China into the dominant groups of the positive consumption culture,we should guide their consumption behavior correctly,and adopt the coordination mechanism of excitation and constraint,so that the new middle class in China can play an active role in stimulating the domestic demand.
