Title: Efficacy observation of intensive watermelon frost and gargle in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of watermelon frost and gargle in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods Eighty cases of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with recurrent oral ulcer patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group of 40 cases and the treatment group of 40 cases. In the other treatment nursing scheme under the same conditions, the control group was treated with the traditional oral nursing, the treatment group was treated with combined treatment of watermelon frost and gargle. After 7 days, two groups of patients with oral ulcer treatment outcome were compared. Results In the control group, the effective rate was 40 percent, effective rate of treatment group was 75 percent, efficiency comparison of two groups had significant difference (P﹤0.05). Conclusion Watermelon frost combined with gargle in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, and has no adverse reaction to the human body. It can be clinically used.
