Title: Study on the Ultra-Deep Removal of Alkyl Thiophene by Nickel-Modification-Heteropoly-Acids Catalytic Oxidation
Abstract: Using silica gel as carrier and Ni modified phosphorus heteropoly tungstic acid(HPW) as the main agent, the loaded catalyst for ultra deep desulfurization was prepared by supersaturated impregnation method. The effect of Nickel loading amount, the catalyst calcination temperature, the catalyst amount, the reaction time, the reaction temperature and the oxidant dose on the removal of alkyl thiophene from the alkyl thiophene solution of normal octane and FCC gasoline, respectively, was investigated.Research results show that the suitable conditions on the removal of alkyl thiophene were catalyst amount 0.15g/50mL,oxidation dose 0.3mL/50mL,reaction temperature 60℃ and reaction time 3h.Under the above optimized conditions, the alkyl thiophene removal rate up to 100% for model compounds and 97.3% for FCC gasoline, respectively, was achieved, and the refined oil yield was no less than 99%.The catalytic oxidation mechanism on the removal of alkyl thiophene, catalyzed by the loaded phosphorus heteropoly tungstic acid which was modified by Ni,was also studied.
