Title: Microwave-assisted extracting of flavonoids from Radix Pueraria
Abstract: Microwave-assisted extracting was used in extracting flavonoids from Radix Pueraria. Five factors including the microwave power, the reacting time, the concentration of alcohol, the ratio of sample to (liquor) and the times of extracting were studied by taking the rate of flavonoids extracting as target. The results show that the best way to get flavone is: Radix Pueraria were processed under the mid-strong power for 1 minute, then extracted two times in 75% alcohol.
