Title: Analysis of Plantation Management on Winter Wheat in Wenxi County in 2013
Abstract: To understand the status quo of wheat production in Shanxi, a survey of the situation of the winter wheat was conducted. The results indicated that winter wheat acreage per capita was relatively small and at a less intensive level. 43.33% farmers household had winter wheat yield lower than 3 000 kg/hm2, 21.67 percent of households had winter wheat yield between 3 000~5 000 kg/hm2,26.67 percent of households had winter wheat yield between 5 000~6 000 kg/hm2, and 8.33% had higher yield more than 6 000 kg/hm2.Most farmers' stubble crop were corn, using a single methods of rotary, plowing or tillage, while only two households used crop rotation farming methods. Some farmers had the problem of excessive wheat sowing. In research area the average amount of nitrogen in winter wheat was 264.62 kg/hm2, phosphorus was 159.54 kg/hm2, the potassium was 29.61 kg/hm2; Irrigation land nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium average amount invested were 292.73 kg/hm2, 179.22 kg/hm2, 19.73 kg/hm2, Dryland nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium average amount invested were 180.30 kg/hm2, 100.50 kg/hm2, 59.25 kg/hm2; Low nitrogen inputs accounted for 4.17 percent of farmer households, farmers accounted for 36.67% of moderate, high nitrogen input households accounted for 59.16%; 10.83% of households do not applied nitrogen fertilizer, 5.83% of the farmers had low nitrogen inputs, 37.5% of households moderate nitrogen inputs, 45.83% of the farmers high fertilizer inputs; Nutrient resources are all inorganic nutrients, mainly invested in the form of base facilities. Production in 3 000~5 000 kg/hm2between the farmers of irrigation 58 times, 2.23 times the average household irrigation; production in 5 000~6 000 kg/hm2between the farmers of irrigation 8.9 times the average household irrigation 2.78 times; yield higher than 6 000 kg/hm2common household irrigation 29 times, 2.9 times the average household irrigation, indicating that water is an important factor limiting wheat production, due to increase irrigation frequency could significantly increase wheat production. Economic benefits of economies of less than 6.67 percent of households 0.5. 45.83% households had benefit between 0.5~1.0. Economic efficiency of 25.00% of households were between 1.0~1.5.2.50% household had berefit of 1.5, It suggests that the economic benefits of the farmers were generally not high.
