Abstract:Objective To investigate the coronary artery bypass graft postoperative complication of atrial fibrillation risk factors.Methods From January 2006 to January 2012,retrospective analyis patients with c...Objective To investigate the coronary artery bypass graft postoperative complication of atrial fibrillation risk factors.Methods From January 2006 to January 2012,retrospective analyis patients with coronary artery bypass graft surgery in our hospital 300 cases,were divided into the AF group with 32 cases and non-AF group with 268 cases.gender,age,medical history,and surgery before the use of β-blockers,whether cardiopulmonary bypass,postoperative mechanical ventilation time,to determine possible risk factors in AF were compared between two groups.Results Age ≥ 65 years;preoperative hypertension;left atrial diameter ≥ 40mm;position cycle time,ventilation time was too long,and not used β-blockers were the risk of factors of CABG patients with postoperative AF.Conclusion For these risk factors,we should take proactive and preventive measures to the postoperative recovery of the disease.Read More
