Title: Cooperative Game Concentrated in Coalition Formation and Its Application in Human Resource Management
Abstract: In order to solve the problems exposed in the utilization of the traditional cooperative game theory applying in the HR management field,we,in this paper,propose some assumptions that are more compatible with the real situations. We then present a definition of core within the new theory and a corresponding allocation method. Meanwhile,we demonstrate that the new allocation method that we proposed satisfies the new core definition.
