Title: Study of intravenous injection urokinase during emergency treatment in 76 patients with acute myocardium infarciton
Abstract: Objective:To study the effect of intravenous injection urokinase during emergency treatment in 76 patients with acute myocardium infarction(AMI).Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the data of 76 AMI patients treated with intravenous injection urokinase emergency. The 76 patients were divided two groups according time of onset to thrombolysis:6 h group and 6~12 h group. The effects of two groups were compared. Results:The recanalization rate of coronary artery was 73.3%,the hyporrea rate was 11.8% and mortality was 15.8% in whole group(76 cases).Compared with 6~12 h group, the recanalization rate increased(84.0%,P0.01)and the mortality decreased(8.0%,P0.05)in 6 h group, but the hyporrea rate was no difference(P0.05)between two groups. Conclusion:Intravenous injection urokinase during emergency treatment may increase therapeutic effect for AMI patients;it may be generalized in substrate hospital.
