Abstract: This paper introduces a design of a pneumatic manipulator for moving a gas tank,and built virtual prototype with the ADAMS software.The structure of the manipulator is simple,the most important is mechanical system,pneumatic system and control system.The manipulator used in the detection of gas tank airtightness,is able to achieve the automation of production and reduce labor intensity.
