Title: Technology and Application in CT Angiography after Liver Transplantation of Dual-source CT
Abstract: Objective To investigate the application value in CT angiography after liver transplantation with Dual-source CT.Methods 19 patients with liver transplantation had been injected Iopamidol in rate 5 ml/s and the total calculated according to the weight 1.5 ml/kg,then at the same rate of normal saline 40 ml from antecubital vein.Through conventional plain scan, arterial phase scan, pylic phase scan, venous phase scan, which gained data were reconstructed 3D images of MPR,MIP and VR,and the images were analyzed. Results all cases can be reconstructed hepatic artery, portal vein, hepatic veins of the 3D images, that clearly show the liver through the blood vessels and their fine structure, morphology, and take shape and the relationship with the surrounding tissue. Conclusion Dual-source CT angiography is a safe, noninvasive and accurate method in the diagnosis of hepatic artery stenosis after liver transplantation.
