Title: High-Frequency Supersonic to Cerebral Infarction Patient Carotid Arteryhardening Mottling Research
Abstract: Objective: Ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients with carotid atherosclerosis and its characteristics with ischemic cerebrovascular disease of the relationship between evaluation of carotid atherosclerotic plaque of the influencing factors. Methods: 58 patients with CT, MRI diagnosis of cerebral infarction in patients with carotid artery for high-frequency color Doppler and 32 healthy controls were analyzed. Results: 58 patients with cerebral infarction, 50 patients with varying degrees of carotid artery plaque formation, with a detection rate of 86.2%. Control group plaque detection rate of 19.7% (p 0.01). Ischemic carotid artery plaque incidence rate (65.49%), soft spot rate (32.78%), were higher than in non-ischemic 34.51% (19.61% soft spot, p 0.05). Conclusion: Carotid atherosclerosis and cerebral infarction are closely related, and the various types of plaques infarction soft spot is the main source of emboli. Ultrasonography can be early detection of carotid plaque and give timely treatment, can reduce the incidence of cerebral infarction.
