Abstract:Objective To establish an isolation method for 4 major soy isoflavones with HPD-100 macoporous resins.Methods The weight ratio of raw materials(extracts of soybean) and resins was 7∶100.Ethanol aqueou...Objective To establish an isolation method for 4 major soy isoflavones with HPD-100 macoporous resins.Methods The weight ratio of raw materials(extracts of soybean) and resins was 7∶100.Ethanol aqueous solutions with different concentrations were used for the elution of different isoflavones under a gradient elution mode.Results Daidzin,genistin,daidzein,and genistein were eluted by 25%,35%,45% and 70%(v/v) ethanol aqueous solution,respectively.Content of daidzein,genistin,daidzein,and genistein in the products was 49.31%, 60.38%,19.33%,and 8.14%,respectively.The content of isoflavones in the products was 4.77,4.43,1.52,and 1.34 times higher than that in the raw materials.Conclusion The method can be applied to pre-purify the 4 major soybean isoflavones.Read More
