Title: Combined describing techniques of tertiary hidden hydrocarbon reservoir in Jiyang depression
Abstract: Sedimentary facies are studied by sedimentary theory and principles of sequence stratigraphy. There are five main sedimentary styles as alluvial fan, fluvial, delta, turbidite fan and beach bar sedimentary system in Jiyang Depression. Two facies models are found that stream and slope-vale control sand distributing in tertiary, and the sand distribute along structure zones.Hidden hydrocarbon reservoir are formed by fault-penetrmive terrane models, and form four main groups distributing as sand distributing. This paper Analyze the adaptability and sensitivity of seismic describing reservoir methods. Seismic facies are transformed into sedimentary facies by analyzing seism characteristics of forward and inverse models. Classical hidden hydrocarbon reservoirs are anatomized. We gain the reason why the prospecting of reservoirs are successful or failing, and then gain describing flow and combined describing techniques that aim at alluvial fan, fluvial, delta, turbidite fan and beach bar sedimentary system.
