Title: GPS orbit determination based on CORS station from state bureau of surveying and mapping
Abstract: To resolve the problem of GPS orbit determination using GPS CORS stations, the orbit arc method was used, based on 8 GPS CORS station from SBSM(State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping) and 9 GPS CORS station closer to China which belong to IGS organization, the data processing project about GPS orbit determination of different days in local area was designed,And the detailed approach and various parameter setup of GPS orbit determination were described. The conclusion was drawn that the average precision of GPS orbit determination about 3 days was 0.2 meters, the average precision of GPS orbit determination about 5 days was 0.21 meters, the average precision of GPS orbit determination about 7 days was 0.28 meters, and 3 days result which better than 0.2 meters is the best result in the several days result. It was proved that GPS orbit precision was not improved with the day number increasing, the best orbit determination would be achieved by least data.Another conclusion was that these GPS orbit determination was local orbit, and systemic error was occurred when compared to global orbit. This research has certain guiding significance and reference value for GPS orbit determination in WAAS system and maybe valuable.
