Title: The clinical study of laparoscopic hepatectomy for hepatic hemangioma
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect and feasibility of laparoscopic hepatectomy for hepatic hemangioma.Methods8 patients were treated by laparoscopic hepatectomy, including left lateral lobectomy in 4 cases and local liver resection in 4 cases. Two cases of hepatic hemangioma associated with gallbladder stone were performed cholecystectomy synchronously. ResultsLaparoscopic procedures were successfully performed in all 8 cases. The operative time was (175±23)min. The blood loss was (265±12)mL. The postoperative hospital stay was (8.25±0.8) days. The postoperative recovery was smooth except that 1 case had pulmonary infection. During a follow-up of 6~20 months for 8 cases, there were no recurrence.ConclusionLa-paroscopic hepatectomy for hepatic hemangioma is safe and feasibile with good effect under the condition of strict indication selection and experienced surgeons operating.
