Abstract:Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of albiflorin,paeoniflorin,naringin and glycyrrhizic acid in Qizhiweitong granules.Method:The chromatography was performed on a...Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of albiflorin,paeoniflorin,naringin and glycyrrhizic acid in Qizhiweitong granules.Method:The chromatography was performed on a Zorbax SB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with a mobile phase of water(containing 0.2% acetic acid)-acetonitrile(containing 0.2% acetic acid)and linear gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 30 ℃.The detection wavelength was 230 nm from 0 to 15 min,284 nm from 15 to 20 min and 254 nm from 20 to 35 min.Results:The calibration curves of albiflorin,paeoniflorin,naringin and glycyrrhizic acid were linear in the ranges of 15.1-226 μg·mL-1(r=0.9998),25.6-383 μg·mL-1(r=0.9998),27.7-277 μg·mL-1(r=0.9998)and 9.43-47.2 μg·mL-1(r=0.9998)respectively.The mean recoveries of low,middle and high concentrations of the four components were 97.4%-101%(RSD=0.8%-1.7%),96.8%-99.7%(RSD=1.4%-2.6%),97.3%-100%(RSD=1.9%-2.4%).Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate,which can be adopted in the quality control of Qizhiweitong granules.Read More
