Methods Sixteen subjects' subjective feelings of their lower legs were tested by using subjective feelings level 7 analog scales before and after massage. Results Comfort degree was slightly lower after the massage. The swelling sense of subjects' lower legs was the most obvious, followed by acid sense, sensation sense and numbness sense. Effect of combined massage was the most significant. Conclusion Massage pressure was an important factor influencing the massage modes. The degrees of swelling sense, acid sense and numbness sense could be used to evaluate pressure massage effects. The short pause of intermittent massage had some influence on its effect. The property of different pressure of combined massage prolonging massage time possible,in order to enhance massage effects.Read More
