Title: The adaption and countermeasures of vocational nursing education and clinical care situation
Abstract: Objective To analyze the adaption of vocational nursing education and clinical care,and to explore the development of reform measures.Methods A questionnaire survey was used to 59 cases clinical teaching and 102 cases training students.Results 60.0% of clinical teaching and 57.0% of the students thought that the development of teaching and clinical care had unsuited problems,the difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05).84.5% of respondents believed that teachers should regularly participate in clinical care work,82.6% of respondents believed that care should be based on instructional design process.Conclusion Students can early exposure to clinic with life care internships on the basis of the concept of quality care;design the teaching of nursing process,fill new teaching content in a timely manner;increase the opportunity of full-time teachers contact the clinic;strengthen the cooperation between schools and hospitals,founder the institutions model;increase simulation efforts of the training rooms to make the nursing education adapt to the real teaching of clinical nursing care,and culture the high-quality skilled nursing personnel.
