Abstract:To study the plasticity deformation behavior ZK60-RE alloys at high temperature,the stress-strain behavior of the ZK60-RE alloy at 423~673 K and 0.002~0.1 s-1strain rates was investigated by Gleeble-1...To study the plasticity deformation behavior ZK60-RE alloys at high temperature,the stress-strain behavior of the ZK60-RE alloy at 423~673 K and 0.002~0.1 s-1strain rates was investigated by Gleeble-1500 style hot/force compression experiment.The relationship between stress,strain rate and deformation temperature was studied in the hot-compression procedure.The deformation activation energy was inferred and calculated at different strain rates and different deformation temperatures.The microstructure was surveyed at different deformation degrees.The results show that the hardened alloy has been obtained at lower deformation temperature and the dynamic recrystallization has been obtained at higher deformation temperature.The peak flow stress decreases with the decreasing strain rate and the increasing temperature.The deformation activation energy of the investigated alloy rises quickly at 523~623K.Read More
