Title: Analysis of the Correlative Risk Factors of Postoperative Patients with Craniocerebral Trauma in Emergency and Nosocomial Pulmonary Infection
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical analysis and preventive measures of nosocomial infection for postoperative patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods 104 craniocerebral trauma patients with nosocomial infection after operation in emergency in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were randomly selected, and their infection rate, distribution of pathogenic bacteria and the risk factor situation of nosocomial infection were analyzed, and preventive measures were drawn up according to the related risk factors. Results The nosocomial pulmonary infection rate of patients with craniocerebral trauma after operation in emergency was 37.5%,and many of them were with pulmonary infection, and then gram negative bacteria, gram positive bacteria(30.77%) and fungi(5.56),the risk factors related to the infection included the application of antibacterial drugs, coma, the application of ventilator, tracheotomy, hospitalization time, injury, operation history, combined with underlying disease, etc. Conclusion Patients with craniocerebral trauma after operation in emergency have a high occurrence rate of nosocomial pulmonary infection, and pathogens are complex and diverse,so corresponding preventive measures should be taken according to different characteristics of the patients.
