Title: Influence of Different Temperatures on Peony Alternaria sp.
Abstract: Under different temperature conditions, the mycelia growth rate, spore germination and vitality of peony Alternaria sp.were systemically studied and analyzed. The results showed that temperature had obvious influence on mycelia growth rate.16-28 ℃ was suitable for mycelia growth, and the growth rate exhibited positive correlation with temperature and growth time. The most suitable temperature for mycelia growth was 28 ℃.Within 4-28 ℃,the spore germination rate of peony Alternaria sp.showed positive correlation with temperature and growth time. The optimum temperature for spore germination was 28 ℃.The spore vitality was also affected by temperature, which decreased obviously when temperature was higher than 45 ℃,and was almost completely lost when temperature was higher than 60 ℃.In conclusion, temperature had obvious influence on mycelia growth rate, spore germination and vitality of peony Alternaria sp.
