Abstract: This paper discusses on that the practice of internal marketing of enterprise is the requirement of deepening reform of state- owned enterprise, the requirement for enterprise to fit in with the development of the market economy, especially the requirement of the new situation of WTO entry of China. This paper expounds in detail the basic meanings, functions and developing trends of internal marketing of enterprise, focusing on that the enterprise should improve its management to create conditions for its internal marketing.
