Title: Clinical study of laparoscopic operation for uterine incision pregnancy
Abstract: Objective: To study the value of laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy, and to further explore its advantages in clinical application. Methods: Using unified inclusion criteria and clinical comparative research methods over the same period, clinical data of patients who underwent lesion resection and repair from Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, including 18 cases of laparoscopy surgery and 18 cases of laparotomy. The patients' age, times of cesarean section, gestational age,β-HCG value, mass size, operative time, blood loss, anal exhaust time, hospital stay and total hospitalization costs of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: The operation time and cost of laparoscopic group were more than those of laparotomy group, while the blood loss, anal exhaust time and hospital stay were lower than those of laparotomy group, and the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusions: Laparoscopic excision and repair is minimally invasive, can directly see the intra-abdominal environment and perform therapeutic surgery when checking, thoroughly clear leisions, plays a role in definite diagnosis. This procedure is an ideal treatment for uterine scar pregnancy with quick recovery.
