Title: On the interactive development of running school and curriculum practice at teacher training institutions
Abstract: To train high-quality teachers is the shared responsibility that the reform of teacher education and fundamental educational development shoulder.Since the implementation of the new curriculumv six years ago,teachers at both elementary and secondary schools are confronted with a number of conflicts and confusions,some of which are caused by the sustainable development of the on-the-job teachers' profession and some of which reflect the practical problems in pre-professional education during the schooling at teachers training institutions.In the interactive new curriculum,teacher training institutions need to re-examine the advantages and characteristics of teacher education,implement feasible professional guidance strategy and further the curriculum reform.These are caused by the obligation of holding firm teachers' professional devotion and attitude as well as demanded by the reality of upgrading the rational value of teacher education.
