Title: Comparative study of myopia laser surgery in critical corneal thickness patients
Abstract: Objective Comparative study of myopia laser surgery in critical corneal thickness patients,and explore the best suitable surgery for the patients.Methods High myopia 76 cases of 149 eyes,from June 2007 to June 2008 in our hospital,with thinner corneas and were randomly divided into two groups,group 1(using one-time MoriaM290 Blade LASIK group):45 cases of 88 eyes;Group 2(LASEK group) 31 cases of 61 eyes;oberserve including symptom,uncorrected visual acuity,corneal thickness and corneal topography,etc,all cases were observed 1month to 6 months after surgery.Results LASIK induced less pain and hase than LASEK in the early postoperation.There was significant difference in the whole average vision in the early postoperation(P 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the vision,also cornea thickness postoperation between two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion MoriaM2 90 LASIK can be a better safety and effective surgery in critical corneal thickness patients with high myopia.
