Title: Probeing into the HACCP Management of Animal Food Safety
Abstract: Being favor to the animal food safety is equal to being favor to the human health and harmoniously social development.This paper analyzes the factors of animal food safety including production,environment,transportation and slaughter,and puts forward managing four critical control points of animal food safety utilizing HACCP(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) management system to guarantee the animal food safety and quality.
