Title: Clinical Observation on Qingre Lidan Decoction in Treatment of Chronic Cholecystitis of Hepatobiliary Damp-Heat Type
Abstract: Objective:To summarize the clinical effect of Qingre Lidan Decoction in treatment of hepatobiliary damp-heat type chronic cholecystitis and to explore the mechanism. Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,38 cases in the treatment group,32 cases in the control group. The treatment group was given oral Qingre Lidan Decoction and the control group was given oral anti-inflammatory and cholagogic tablets. 6 weeks was as 1 course of treatment and the clinical effects were compared to 1 course of treatment and the safety was observed. Results:After the treatment,the effective rate of treatment group was 89.5% and that of control group was 68.8%. The effective rate of the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P0.05). The symptom scores were compared statistically after treatment and the treatment group was significant in improving the dry throat pain and relieving anorexia greasy than the control group(P0.05). The efficacy of relieving pain,nausea and vomiting,anorexia,abdominal distension,urinary bile area tenderness was better than that of the control group(P0.05). The gallbladder B ultrasound imaging effective rate of treatment group was 84.2% and that of control group was 59.4%. The treatment group was better than the control group(P0.05). In the observation process,the 2 groups had no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion:The self-made Qingre Lidan Decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and gallbladder B ultrasound image in patients with hepatobiliary damp-heat type chronic cholecystitis. There is no significant side effects and adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.
