Title: The Value of Dynamic Measurement of Serum cTnT and cTnI in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndomes
Abstract: Objective To investigate the value of dynamic measurement of serum cTnT and cTnI for the early diagnosis of acute coronary syndomes. Methods 82 cases of patients with coronary heart disease(42 cases of AMI and 40 cases of unstable angina pectoris) and 20 cases of normal control were measured to determine the levels of cardiac troponin I (cTnI),cardiac troponin T (cTnT), creatine kinase (CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme MB (CK-MB).Results These results weresignificantlyhigherthanthatofCKandCK-MB.The meanlevelsofserumcTnTandcTnIwere1.27±0.60and13.80±5.62inpatientsgroup,whichwereobvioushigherthanthatofnormalcontrolgroup(0.07±0.02and0.09±0.02).The positive rate of cTnT and cTnI at 2 hour after AMI were 38% and 40%,which were significantly higher than thatofCKandCK-MB(23% and 35%).ThepositiverateofcTnTandcTnIat6hourafterAMIwere61.9%and64.3%,which were significantly higher than that of CK and CK-MB (7.1% and 4.7%).Conclusion The dynamic measurement of cTnT and cTnI can diagnosis early to AMI and have a wide window time for diagnosis AMI. It is special and sensitive marker in the early diagnosis of ACS.
